The international community must not ignore this situation." The president of the EU stated that they would undermine the status of Russia's key sector, from high-tech to software parts. Joe Biden, the U.S. president, also called this attack "An attack without justifiable reason."

According to the YTN report, China seemed to support Russia at first, but is now showing respect for the sovereignty of each country carefully.

Then, the Republic of Korea also announced to join the economic sanction. As a result, they joined the economic boycott with other countries and now looking forward to the results.

The famous tennis player Andrey Rublyov wrote "No War Please" on the relay camera after the confirmation of the final. Like this, anti-war rallies are taking place all over the world.

On March 16, Pukyung National University, Busan, held a concert to pray peace for Ukraine and donated 11 million won. Also, the content production team called “Illeong-Ida”' composed of young people is about to hold a performance in front of Fashion Street in Gwangbok-ro, Jung-Gu, Busan on March 26, 11 am to 12 pm.

The anti-war movement is taking place in Russia too. Natalia Lukyanchikova, who leads a public campaign with the Russian IT people against the invasion, started to move February 24. Many anti-war voices are growing in Russia, especially among the younger generation. More than 1.1 million Russians signed the anti-war petition, and according to OVD-Info, 6,500 citizens who held anti-war protests got arrested in Russia in various places.

In the meantime, wars in the Middle East and Eastern Europe occurred occasionally, but everyone is raising their voices against the war this time. Hong So-Gu (Prof. Ukrainian Language, HUFS) said, "Russia's action in breaking the Budapest Stability Memorandum, which promised to guarantee territorial and sovereignty along with Ukraine's nuclear renunciation in 1994, was condemned as breaking the international community's promise. The ruthless slaughter of civilians by the Russian military in the war brought the whole world together. People of the world are infringing on the sovereignty and democracy of the country that commonly invaded Ukraine."
